A partnership based on the right qualities
Since 1993 Octagon Developments has consistently won plaudits as the leading provider of luxury homes in London and the Home Counties. For natural roofing slates Octagon chose SSQ to work on projects such the restoration and redevelopment Virginia Water, a £6m house on St. Georges Hill, and Hampton Hill among others including using SSQ's Del Carmen Ultra for the roof of Octagon's head office.

Currently SSQ is working with Octagon Developments on projects including their flagship development at Richmond Lock, Victoria Place Esher, and Ascot, where a range of Class A slates including Del Carmen, Riverstone and Matacouta are being used to help maintain Octagon's undisputed reputation for quality.
